   I congratulate and acknowledge descendants, that children can develop a lot of time… I have a question to a specialist and practice related to the transport law. Namely the authorization to pursue the occupation of road transport issued for a civil partnership. Reading the rules seem to, that they allow for such authorization for civil partnerships engaged in the carriage of persons, in contrast to the carriage of goods where the entrepreneur is a partner in sc. What is the practice of Polish authorities in this regard? Unfortunately, one of the Mazovia authorities refused to issue a permit to transport people for sc.

   In my opinion, the transport of persons on the grounds of an entrepreneur is a partner in a civil. For what reason you think, it is in this respect a difference?

   The difference may be due to the definition contained in Article entrepreneurs. 2 Regulation No 1071/2009. Administrative practice in this area can be very different…

   I do not know… In fact, anything beyond prescribing provisions of the CMR Convention is not there. For this title suggest some discussion of the command to change the transport situation, and it is mentioned only as an example of the lack of responsibility of the carrier.

    Everything is correct, but not observed, the CMR Convention here is somewhat self-contradictory. In accordance with Article. 5 CMR first copy of the consignment note handed to the sender, and the third retained by the carrier, implying, that it is not, however, the letter sender fills, if you need to just give it to him.

    I assume, that the next edition will be in the spring. Usually one meeting is also in Katowice.
