Namely the authorization to pursue the occupation of road transport issued for a civil partnership. Reading the rules seem to, that they allow for such authorization for civil partnerships engaged in the carriage of persons, in contrast to the carriage of goods where the entrepreneur is a partner in sc. What is the practice of Polish authorities in this regard? Unfortunately, one of the Mazovia authorities refused to issue a permit to transport people for sc.

Everything is correct, but not observed, the CMR Convention here is somewhat self-contradictory.
