One conference for us, second ahead 🙂 This time the meeting of more practical than scientific nature made a greater contribution to the transport industry, and less to lawyers and experts in transport law.
My presentation will cover the practical aspects of the recent judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU to allow carriers to initiate actions to establish the absence or limitation of liability for damage from the most advantageous for them to court, what I wrote once before on the blog.
