Specialists transport law in Poland can not complain about the excess opportunity for joint meetings in order to enrich the knowledge and exchange of views. Transport Conferences such as Transport Manager Meeting, Business Meetings TSL Transport and Truck Forums & Awards are usually a good opportunity to get to know, but the legal issues presented to them the most are directed primarily to businesses in the transport sector and therefore often do not have the in-depth nature. Of the more welcome change initiative University of Technology and Economics them. H. Chodkowska and Motor Transport Institute, to organize the day 13.06.2014 r. in Warsaw, the first in a long time academic conference devoted to the transport law.
The conference program promises to be very interesting, ao its level provides not only the presence of leading representatives of the Polish speakers learning transport law and the most important authors of publications in this area such as Dorothy Ambrożuk, Daniel Dabrowski, Krzysztof Wesolowski and Thomas Szanciło, but also announced a number of practitioners already engaged who specialize in transport. As a result there is a chance for an extensive exchange of views and assessment, as statutory solutions work in practice. An added attraction is provided for discussion for quite a provocative topic: whether the right transport is needed at all?
Because it is not often an opportunity to meet in this group, I am convinced, that for each transport law specialist presence at the conference is almost mandatory 🙂
I was honored to be among the conference participants with the opportunity to give a lecture, also on its own behalf I invite all readers to participate. I hope, it will be an opportunity to meet and hotly debated.
